BMI tools to help you with your progress

The first one is the standard BMI chart used.  There are arguments against this chart but regardless of how "big boned" or "highly muscled" one is its still a decent outcome measure to use.

This link helps you work out your BMI in a few seconds. Just type in your height and weight and it does the calculation for you.

Marsh starting BMI was 32.6 but its down to 32.3 now. 

less than 18.5:underweight
18.5 - 25:normal weight
25 - 30:overweight
over 30:heavily overweight
